Why am I not getting a reply to my post?

First and foremost, when that happens, please don’t post multiple times or cross post your issue on multiple topics.

@Damien is not just the developer for Rekord Buddy, he is also the sole person doing support for the app on this forum. Damien lives in Paris so he is usually in the office between the hours of 9am and 6pm PARIS TIME.

He also has a family, so he doesn’t usually work on week-ends or sometimes during bank holidays. You can follow him on mastodon to see what he is up to most of the time in terms of development and support. Sometimes he’s stuck on something and has to spend more time on it and less time on support.

Regardless, your patience is appreciated. He is trying is best and will be with you as soon as he can.
