I’ve just downloaded Rekord Buddy on to my laptop not realising that it dosn’t work on windows. I am curious wether there will be an update for it to work on windows any time soon and if not id like to know how to cancel my subscription and possibly get a refund. can i get some help please. thanks sunny
Sorry for the late reply. I moved your post to the public section of the forums since it didn’t need to be private.
When you purchased the app, you must have seen an indication that the app is available on Windows as a beta.
The download link that you get on your account on the next.audio web site is also one for the current beta build.
If you haven’t activated your license yet I’ll be happy to give you a full refund but if you still want to give it a try, go ahead and use the link provided at the top of the beta thread.
