Trying to use RekordBuddy with an External hard drive

Hello, I’m new to RekordBuddy/ Rekordbox and I’m having problems with the setup. I’m using an external hard drive and Rekordbox is not updating my playlist. I’ve read and viewed information containing to my issue, but I can’t seem solve the problem. Also, do my cue points transfer once my playlist is added to Rekordbox. Thanks for your help. I hope my tread doesn’t offend anyone.

As long as your external drive is plugged in, it should all work fine. What isn’t working?

It’s not allowing me to right click on all tracks to import my files
