I try to drag and drop my serato folders to traktor via rekord buddy and this never happens because it shows me a message that this is an unhandled feature and after that shuts down…!!!

Can you try 2.1.5? I fixed an issue that could be the one you are encountering.
I instaled 2.1.5 before 1 hour and the problem is the same…!!!
do you want to send you a photo with the pop up that apears…?
Don’t worry, I know what the dialog window looks like 
This is when I detect an issue internally and send info back to me so that I can identify the problem if it’s something that doesn’t happen on my setups.
Can you try 2.1.10? It has further fixes.
