Rekordbuddy 2.0 not responding properly

Hi my name is Athol,

I’ve recently purchased Rekordbuddy in Australia for approx. $90 AUD and it seems that it won’t properly update to Serato’s new crates. Meaning when I change or add new crates in Serato and then, launch Rekordbox, it shows the previous crate/s layout. Even when I check database consistency in Rekordbuddy it struggles to find all of the crates and even then it’s still nowhere near what it should be.

Can you please give some assistance.

Glads you got it sorted out and sorry I didn’t get to it sooner. It’s better to make support posts in the public forums rather than DM so that @astromech can see them too if I’m out of town or travelling.
