My OS Version: 10.14.6

Steps required to reproduce the problem:

  1. I purchased a second license and I am unable to authorize my computer

I do see your two licenses. One has two activations, one has none.

First question: Do you really need two licenses? I can reset your activations on your first license if all you need is to re-install on another computer.

On the other hand, if you do need the app on more than two computers, you will need to use the other license key in order to activate on the new computers (I’m not going to type it here but it’s the one that starts with 36).

but the first computer crashed and I have no way to delete it. if I can transfer the license over and get a refund for the second one that would be great. I just want it to work on this computer.
