Hey Rekord Buddy family,

I’d like to know what is the process of transferring & synching one’s cue points & markers from Serato to Rekordbox DJ - What is the proper workflow? Simply dragging my playlists does not transfer anything. What exactly am I doing wrong?

Doesn’t transfer anything as in, you don’t see any changes in Rekord Buddy or as in you don’t see any changes in rekordbox?

Exactly - I don’t see any changes whatsoever in Rekordbox DJ. What is the process? it has clearly changed and I’m sure I can do it with clear and simple step by step instructions: in this case, going from Serato DJ to Rekordbox DJ.

In the past I’ve done the following:

  • Created a new crate in Serato (100 tracks or less)
  • Scanned into MIK (Mixed In Key 8)
  • Verified in Serato DJ cue points were applied in said newly created crate
  • Sync changes to Rekordbox via Rekord Buddy 2.0
  • Confirmed all cue points are in Rekordbox DJ when launching it.

I don’t see you mentioning that you import the changes in rekordbox via its XML bridge.

Right click on a track in the rekordbox section of Rekord Buddy. Do you see cue points listed in the marker info section?

The marker info shows zero marks - How does one import changes in rekordbox ?

What happens when you do the same thing for the same track in the Serato section of Rekord Buddy?
