Memory cues present in RB but not showing up in hardware

My Rekord Buddy Version:
My OS Version:
Steps required to reproduce the problem:

  1. Converted my Serato library. All hot cues converted fine. Memory cues created also. Export RB library/files to USB.
  2. Load USB into CDJs.

What I expected to happen:
To be able to use memory cues via the hardware buttons (x3).
What actually happens instead:
Track metadata reads fine. But hardware memory cues empty. Have to be set via hardware to persist. What step am I missing? What am I doing wrong?

It’s cool. Figured it out. The cues are there. What I wasn’t doing was using Memory Call to activate and jump between cues.

As for the hardware cues not saving, I think that has something to do with using sync manager, but I’ll get to that.

Most important thing was I got through tonight’s set with just a couple of USB sticks. That’s a first for me. Thanks to you.

Glad you got it figured out.
