Invalid Licence

My Rekord Buddy Version:

My OS Version:
macOS Mojave

Steps required to reproduce the problem:

  1. Updated Rekord Buddy 2
  2. Opened software
  3. Request for licence
  4. After entering the licence I’m notified to contact support

What I expected to happen:

Licence approved and access to the software

What actually happens instead:

Invalid licence and told to contact support.

If got the same problem.
But I had 10.13.6 High Sierra

How can I get support and a working license?

Check existing threads guys and don’t post multiple times (I’m looking at you @John) . It doesn’t help anybody.

We will get to the bottom of this and I will post updates in the original thread. Thanks for people who posted updates on the error you are getting and what version you are currently using.
