Hi Josephine, It definitely looks like there was a problem between the old support system’s email and your email for some reason. I also emailed you yesterday about your issue but you don’t seem to receive the emails. The good news is we are getting your posts here though
I moved your post here because you had replied to a news post with a support request. It’s better to keep things and issue separate so we don’t get confused.
Finally and most important of all, I’ve reset your authorizations so you should be good to go now.
