Well shoot… sometimes supports needs…err… support.
I just found out that the support system we use had a glitch for the last couple of days and did not send all the replies we gave to the tickets we have currently opened.
So if you have a ticket outstanding and didn’t get a reply within 24/48 hours then please reply to the ticket and let us know that our dog ate your ticket. We will re-send the reply to you so we can continue helping.
I apologize for this, I will deal with the support team at Freshdesk to try and make sure this does not happen again.
