Have you contacted support and not heard back recently?

If you’ve sent an email to support in the last month, and never received a reply, could you guys let me know? I’ve had a couple of tickets where the user has followed up because they haven’t heard back even though I can see my reply.

Also, please check your spam folder. You should have received an auto-reply straight away, so if you haven’t it might have gotten lost.

I sent an email two weeks ago about a second computer install issue and didn’t hear back. Also didn’t get an autoreply

As of today we are moving all the support for Rekord Buddy 2 onto this forum. This should help make sure spam folders don’t eat our replys and that we don’t miss any posts either.
